Brandon Chabner brings a versatile background in litigation, transactional law, and business advisory to Enso Law LLP. Over the course of his career, he has practiced with several of the nation’s leading law firms, including Greenberg Traurig, Hale and Dorr (now WilmerHale), Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright), and Troop Steuber Pasich Reddick & Tobey, where he gained deep experience in complex commercial transactions, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
After years in large-firm practice, Brandon established a successful business-oriented law practice focused on helping companies and entrepreneurs navigate both opportunity and risk. He is known for his ability to integrate legal insight with practical business judgment, assisting clients in negotiating, structuring, and closing sophisticated transactions.
