Julian Hasenfratz is an associate at Enso Law LLP, where he focuses on litigation, regulatory compliance, and municipal law. Admitted to practice in both California and Germany, Julian brings a cross-border perspective to his work, combining civil and common law training to advise clients on complex regulatory and business matters.
Before joining Enso Law, Julian gained experience with Squire Patton Boggs in Los Angeles, where he assisted in mergers, acquisitions, and entity formation across multiple U.S. jurisdictions. He also worked with KPMG Law Germany in Berlin, where he supported the Corporate/M&A Practice Group with a focus on venture capital and start-ups. Earlier in his career, he completed a legal clerkship with the State of Saxony, serving in judicial and prosecutorial roles and working at the international law firm Derra, Meyer & Partner in Dresden and Milan.
Fluent in German and English, with additional proficiency in Italian and French, Julian brings a global understanding and disciplined approach to his practice.
Julian earned his LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and his first law degree from Heidelberg University in Germany.
