
Kelley Bond is a Litigation Partner at Enso Law, LLP, where she represents clients in a
range of civil matters in California state and federal courts. Based in Los Angeles, her
practice includes employment, personal injury, commercial, and intellectual property
disputes.
Kelley has extensive experience litigating complex civil matters, with a significant
focus on representing individuals—particularly employees—in high-stakes disputes.
She regularly handles matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful
termination, and wage-and-hour violations, and has experience navigating claims
against both private employers and public entities. Her practice also includes civil rights,
personal injury, elder abuse, premises liability, real estate, intellectual property,
and commercial litigation.
A Los Angeles native and second-generation attorney, Kelley brings a practical,
grounded perspective to her work. Before joining Enso Law, Kelley practiced at leading
Los Angeles law firms, where she developed a strong litigation foundation handling
high-stakes and complex matters. Her experience informs a thoughtful, strategic
approach tailored to each client’s goals.
While attending Southwestern Law School, Kelley also gained experience in the
entertainment industry through work with Warner Bros. and Lionsgate
Entertainment, in addition to clerking for civil litigation firms.
She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Entertainment Law
and served as a research assistant on the publication Art and Museum Law.
Kelley earned her B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Los
Angeles, and her J.D. from Southwestern Law School. She is admitted to practice in
California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of
California.
Represented numerous employee plaintiffs in matters involving harassment,
discrimination, retaliation, and violations of the Fair Employment and Housing Act and
the California Labor Code, achieving favorable resolutions.
Represented a minor plaintiff and her parents in a civil rights action against the County
of Los Angeles, securing a favorable settlement after defeating a motion for summary
judgment.
Represented plaintiffs in complex tort actions against Foster Family Agencies arising
from prolonged abuse in foster care, obtaining favorable settlements following the denial of dispositive motions.
Represented a parent in an action against the County of San Bernardino arising from
sexual assault by a social worker, resulting in a favorable settlement.
Played a key role in negotiating a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Los Angeles and a major railroad company addressing right-of-way maintenance and
public safety concerns, resolving the matter without litigation.
Represented a prominent real estate developer in coordinating and resolving 27
consolidated construction defect actions and more than 100 related claims arising from a large quasi-public works project.
